Skedway in the 100 Open Startups Ranking 2023

Another Year of Great Joy for Skedway at the 100 Open Startups 2023 Awards Ceremony, held in a beautiful celebration at the Copacabana Palace, in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2022, the company achieved 7th place in the HRTechs – Engagement, Performance, and Culture category. In 2023, it progressed to 2nd place in this category. In the overall ranking, Skedway advanced from 69th to 50th position.

For Rafael Tonelli, CEO of Skedway, being on the ranking means that clients who use the company’s technology endorse it before the market and its competitors. “We work in partnership with them to develop a product that adds value to all user profiles and to the environment as a whole.”

The 100 Open Startups 2023 Ranking recognizes the startups most attractive to the corporate market in Brazil. To reach a TOP 10 position among HRTechs, it was necessary to score 70 points, measured objectively based on the number and type of open innovation relationships established with corporations.

About the 100 Open Startups Ranking

Published since 2016, the Ranking shows that corporate contracting of startups more than doubled in the past year. The volume of Open Innovation contracts between corporations and startups increased from R$ 2.8 billion to R$ 6.4 billion in the period, representing a 130% growth. In 2023, the Ranking recorded more than 32,000 open startups registered, of which 4,177 had validated contracts.
