App and Admin Portal
- Asset Flexibility: Yes, everything can be managed by Skedway.
- Scheduling and Check-in via NFC: Just bring your smartphone close, and you’re all set!
- On-site Presence and Goals: The year when in-office routines returned to focus.
Ability to set in-office work goals by user groups;
- Presence control via reservation + check-in;
- Occupancy report for managers.
Emails:
- Email notifications sent after check-in;
- Option to enable/disable platform reminder emails per site;
- Cancellation notification emails for hosts.
Reports and Rules:
- New fields in the attendance report;
- New facial registration control report;
- New minimum reservation lead time rule;
- New facial recognition module + security module (anti-fraud).
Access Control
Visitor Module with:
- Visitor facial registration directly via the Admin Portal by a reception user;
- Reports for tracking visitor registrations and entries;
- Registration of recurring visitors with access rules.
Room Display
- Digital signage, displaying customized images and videos on each device’s screen;
- Check-in, check-out, and unified scheduling validation via Digital ID;
- Display of “Blocked” type reservations on Room Display.
AVAIL, the Launch of the Year!
- The position status is indicated by the color of the halo;
- Focus Mode: When blue, the halo signals that the person does not want to be interrupted;
- Presence sensor log storage.
Workplace 3D
- Real-time floor monitoring;
- Instant position reservation.
Processes, Tech, etc.:
- Implementation of product metrics and logs via Mixpanel;
- Implementation of the Feature Toggle tool – PostHog;
- Implementation of the new facial biometrics registration component;
- Remote configuration of facial recognition parameters.
